Models Own Polish for Tans Collection: Swatches & Review

**PR SAMPLE**

Hey Guys!

So a few of weeks ago Models Own (YES MODELS OWN) contacted me to say they really love my work and they wanted to send me some polishes! I nearly passed out! I absolutely LOVE their polishes, not gonna lie I had a little fan girl moment. So as you can imagine I was super excited and a couple of weeks later Mr postman brought these absolute beauties:

That's right the new Polish for Tans collection! Look how amazingly bright and summery they are! They definitely make you want to jet off to somewhere hot....

So starting at the top and working clockwise we have: Sarong Wrap, Malibu Pink, Cocktail Hour, Turquoise Sea and Beach Hut.

Compared to the previous Polish for Tans collection these polishes were more bright rather than neon with the exception of Cocktail Hour. They were all 2 coaters AND the best thing was no white undies were required! Nope these babies rocked out commando! (for any of my followers who are not nail polish addicts like myself, don't worry I haven't gone crazy. Its well known for many bright and neon polishes, that often a white base is needed, in order for the polish to really pop). The formulas of this collection were that amazing that no white base was required!

I am so unbelievably grateful to Models Own for these! I'll take you through each one in turn:

Sarong Wrap

A gorgeous bright yellow; shown here is two coats topped with top coat. The formula was amazing as usual, it went on smooth and self levelled well.

Malibu Pink

A seriously girly barbie pink; one of my favourites of the collection. Shown is two coats topped with topcoat. The formula yet again was amazing; smooth application with great self levelling.

Cocktail Hour

This for me was the one polish of collection that more neon rather than bright. As with any neon polishes they can be pretty tricky to capture on camera. This is a gorgeous neon coral shade and was another of my favourites. Shown here is two coats topped with top coat. Like the others the formula was great.

Turquoise Sea

A bright turquoise polish. This was my other favourite of the collection. Shown here is two coats topped with top coat. Again like the others this had an amazing formula.

Beach Hut

A stunning bright orange; it almost bordered on neon. Shown here is two coats topped with top coat. The formula as with all the rest was great; smooth application with great self levelling.

Where do I buy them?

You will find this entire collection along with the rest of  the Models Own polishes on their website HERE.

Alternatively you will find their polishes in the Models Own bottleshops  scattered across the UK. You'll find info about your nearest one HERE.Or at your nearest Superdrug or online HERE

How much do they cost?

In all of the shops/sites listed above the polishes cost £4.99 each. However Superdrug currently have a 3 for 2 offer going on and I know Models Own very often do half price sales/discounts.

Overall

I absolutely LOVE this collection! It is just perfect for summer... not that we have one here in England but they still brighten up a dull and rainy day! All the polishes were opaque in just two coats and no white undies were needed. What more could you want? They all had great formulas and I know they are gonna be regularly used in my nail polish collection.

I have planned a few nail art looks with these polishes which I will be showing you guys in some separate posts.

Have you guys tried the Polish for Tans collection? What do you think of them?

Rach xx
