Kandy Colors Kandy Desserts Swatches

Hey guys!

Recently I was sent 2 mini polishes from Kandy Colors' new Kandy Desserts collection to swatch. 

The full collection consists of 6 dessert inspired polishes:

• Strawberries & Cream
• Pistachio Delight
• Vanilla Ice-cream
• Berry Chocolate
• Avocado Smoothie 
• Peach Cobbler

I was sent Vanilla Ice-cream and Pistachio Delight to review. 

First up is Vanilla Ice-cream: 

This is a cream polish with black flecks dispersed throughout; just like vanilla ice cream! The formula was great and it was opaque in 2 coats. Swatches shown are 2 coats topped with top coat.

The polish is really unique and I definitely don't own another polish like it although I don't really feel it compliments my skin tone. 

Next up is Pistachio Delight:

This is a mint green polish with a very subtle gold shimmer to it. It was opaque in 2 coats; again swatches are 2 coats topped with top coat.

I absolutely LOVE this polish! It is truly stunning and definitely more my style! I have a thing about mint polishes, but this one was really unique with the shimmer to it. 

Overall, these were great polishes. Although I didn't really feel vanilla ice-cream was really 'me' and wouldn't be a polish I would generally choose it is a really unique polish. Pistachio Delight is a new favourite of mine and I will definitely be buying a full size bottle.
