So as you all know by now I am a swatcher for the UK indie brand Kandy Colors. They were the first brand that I collaborated with and so they always have a special place in my heart. I've now been swatching for them since January! (CRAZY!) and over this time I've discovered some truly beautiful polishes.
So today I have another lovely polish for you: Vanilla Latte!
Looking at this in the bottle I really wasnt sure how I feltabout it. It had a lot going on and I didnt know if it would really suit me. However, when I put it on my nails I really liked it. It is a gorgeous cream polish with scattered gold holo that glistens red when the light hits it. I don't really know whether holo is the right word to describe it as it isn't overly sparkly. They're more like gold flecks and actually the polish really reminds me of mini eggs!
Here is a close up for you to really see the detail:
In my swatches I used 2 coats topped with topcoat. The first coat was a little streaky on application and I thought it was going to be a 3 coater for sure but I was pleasantly surprised to see it evened out on my second coat. I always love when polishes are two coaters it just makes life so much easier. The formula was really nice and it applied tothe nail smoothly (apart from being a little streaky on the first coat).
I reallylike how it looks on my nails; I think it makes melook quite tanned which is forever a huge plus and it is really unique. I cant say it would have been a polish I would have normally chosen.
This polish is from the kandy cremes collection and costs £5.25 for a 10ml bottle.
You can find it HERE along with the rest of their polishes.
What do you guys think of this polish?
