I've wanted to do some Stitch nails for sooo long - He's my absolute favourite Disney character!
Products used:
- Models Own: Turquoise Sea
- Models Own: Malibu Pink
- Models Own: Northern Lights
- Citadel Layer Paints: Teclis Blue & White Scar
- Citadel Edge Paints: Dorn Yellow, Baharroth Blue & Fulgrim Pink
- Citadel Base Paint: Abaddon Black
- Pure Color Glamour Detail brush
- Nail Artisan by Alex Detail brush
- Barry M: Wet Set Top Coat
This was my first time using these new paints and I was really impressed. I find acrylic paint a lot easier to do nail art with but I always have the issue of paint drying out and not giving a smooth effect. I've been through so many tubes of paint but these are great as they come in little pots so you can mix them back up and they seal really well. The Citadel paints were actually a dream to paint with they were really opaque and gave a nice smooth finish - although this isn't their intended purpose. They are actually model paints!
I do love a good Disney nail art design - I think there will be more to come this year
